User Experience Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer to help design intuitive, data-driven experiences for AI-powered products and digital platforms. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to create user-centered solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to improve decision-making, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user needs, simplifying complex processes, and designing experiences that responsibly integrate AI into everyday workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled web applications and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve user workflows and outcomes.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions and uncover user needs.
• Translate AI capabilities and data-driven insights into intuitive, actionable user experiences.
• Design dashboards, reporting interfaces, and data visualizations that help users understand and act on information.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, workflows, and user journeys.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and UX standards.
• Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and product goals.
• Stay current on emerging AI, UX, and design trends and identify opportunities to improve product experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience designing web-based applications or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and shipped products.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of information architecture, user research, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
