Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a product-based team while also managing project-related delivery activities.
• Facilitate coordination across multiple teams, including teams outside the immediate product organization.
• Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery.
• Drive follow-up actions and ensure dependencies are actively managed and resolved.
• Help teams navigate competing product and project priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.

Required Skills & Capabilities:

• Bilingual in English. 
• Strong understanding of complex cross-team dependencies and interconnectivity across systems, products, and projects.
• Ability to manage bidirectional dependencies where multiple teams rely on one another for successful delivery.
• Skilled at stakeholder coordination, communication, and issue resolution.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of shifting between product-focused Agile support and project execution needs.
• Strong servant leadership mindset with a focus on enabling team success.

Key Partnerships:

• Work closely with PO and other delivery stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve blockers, and support successful project outcomes.

Additional Considerations:

• Current product enhancement work is progressing well; the primary need is support for complex project initiatives involving contingent worker efforts and extensive cross-team coordination.
• Success in this role will depend heavily on relationship management, proactive follow-through, and effective dependency management.
