Oracle Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant to support key enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation initiatives. This resource will play a highly functional role while maintaining enough technical expertise to support reporting, configuration, and reporting enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business process knowledge and Oracle EPM technical capability, with expertise across Planning & Budgeting and Financial Consolidation & Close. The consultant will support ongoing workforce-related initiatives and upcoming Oracle Projects-related work while helping deliver reporting solutions and process improvements.

Must Haves:

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion EPM
• Strong expertise with PBCS (Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service)
• Hands-on experience with planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Strong expertise with FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service)
• Experience supporting financial consolidation and financial close activities
• Ability to work in a primarily functional consulting capacity while supporting technical configuration needs
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle EPM solutions
• Experience with EPM reporting, reporting enhancements, and reporting configuration
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and provide process-focused consulting
• Strong understanding of financial planning and enterprise performance management best practices
