About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy International Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
This role goes far beyond traditional administrative work. We need someone who enjoys learning new technology, quickly adapts to new software and AI tools, improves internal processes, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
You will also play a key role in recruiting top talent, particularly for digital marketing and technical positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews in English, evaluating technical qualifications, coordinating the hiring process, and helping us build an exceptional team.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents
- Organize internal processes, documentation, and company resources
- Assist with recruiting by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Recruit for marketing and technical positions, assessing both communication and technical skills
- Coordinate interviews and hiring logistics
- Learn and implement new software, AI tools, and productivity platforms
- Help improve workflows through automation and technology
- Support executives with research, special projects, and day-to-day operations
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure projects stay organized
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Administrative Professional
- Experience recruiting and interviewing candidates, preferably for marketing or technical roles
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Experience working with international companies or remote teams
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
