Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale, multinational projects
• Run meetings, manage stakeholders, and drive project milestones forward
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and ensure execution
• Manage cross-functional, global teams across IT and business units
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Own project delivery—not just governance or oversight

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of true Project Management experience (not just coordination or oversight)
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 enterprise-level implementations (multinational/global scope required)
• Strong background in business processes, with a natural transition into project management
• Ability to confidently lead meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (not a “PM theory” candidate)
• Strong storytelling ability—can clearly walk through their role and contributions in projects

Preferred Project Experience

Experience leading large, complex transformations such as:

• ERP implementations
• IT Service Management (ITSM) transformations
• Infrastructure or shared services transformations
• Digital transformations
• CRM implementations

Note: Pure manufacturing implementations are typically not the right fit unless they involved significant enterprise transformation complexity.

What Doesn’t Fit

• Candidates who are too senior and primarily managing other PMs
• Candidates focused only on governance, reporting, or PMO oversight
• Heavy certification/theory backgrounds without hands-on delivery
• Weak communicators who cannot clearly articulate project experience
