Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications
- Write and optimize messaging for notifications, email, and in-app experiences that drive engagement and conversion
- Create drip email sequences that deliver relevant content to subscribers based on their stage in the customer journey
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Implement strategies to grow email subscriber list organically through website opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other incentives
- Regularly clean and maintain email list to remove inactive subscribers and ensure deliverability and engagement rates remain high
- Ensure email marketing practices comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM to protect brand reputation
- Track key email marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for optimization
- Generate detailed reports to provide insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an email marketer
- Strong experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze, Customer.io, MoEngage, ChurnZero, etc.)
- Working knowledge of push and in-app notification systems and messaging logic
- Experience with SMS platforms such as Twilio
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
