Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications
• Write and optimize messaging for notifications, email, and in-app experiences that drive engagement and conversion
• Create drip email sequences that deliver relevant content to subscribers based on their stage in the customer journey
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Implement strategies to grow email subscriber list organically through website opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other incentives
• Regularly clean and maintain email list to remove inactive subscribers and ensure deliverability and engagement rates remain high
• Ensure email marketing practices comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM to protect brand reputation
• Track key email marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for optimization
• Generate detailed reports to provide insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an email marketer
• Strong experience with customer engagement platforms (Braze, Customer.io, MoEngage, ChurnZero, etc.)
• Working knowledge of push and in-app notification systems and messaging logic
• Experience with SMS platforms such as Twilio
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
