Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates
- Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support onboarding and hiring documentation processes
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
