Marketing Assistant

What we're looking for 

Our client, a fast-growing digital marketing company that helps brands scale with a full-stack growth approach, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and has hands-on marketing experience. You’ll play a key role in supporting campaign execution, researching trends, and keeping marketing operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Research marketing strategies, competitor campaigns, and industry trends.
• Write and schedule engaging social media posts.
• Assist in building and monitoring Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
• Support with brand teardowns by analyzing competitor emails, ads, and social activity.
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and administrative marketing tasks.
• Provide light design/editing support when needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (not entry-level).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Copywriting ability, especially for social media.
• Previous administrative or coordination experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and campaign execution.

Nice to Have

• Social media ads and management experience.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
• Agency or in-house marketing experience.
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
