Your challenges to make a difference in this team
  • Develop and explicitly communicate the Product Goal to stakeholders (Business Lines, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales etc.);
  • Create and clearly communicate Product Backlog items, using Jira and Confluence;
  • Address non-functional requirements, pairing with DevOps, SRE and Security Information teams;
  • Act as a bridge between business and their squad, understanding the needs of the interested parties.

Humanz profile we are looking for
  • Advanced English, cause we go global!
  • Critical thinking, asking clarifying questions until the real need is clear and understood;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Technical background as a developer;
  • Ability to develop relationship with different stakeholders;
  • Vocation for problem solving, facilitating the process of understanding the business problem and engaging the right people;
  • Self-management and ability to deal with different contexts;
  • Experience with business analysis specifications, budget and estimates;
  • Experience in modeling business and software processes, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset.
It’s a plus, but not mandatory 😉
  • Have a third language, especially if it’s Spanish. We are growing a lot and fast, so it would be easier for you to contact colleagues from other Latin American countries. But if you don’t have the right talent, we also have an in-house language program (and much more!) to fly with us.
