ABOUT NOMAD

Nomad is the first Neobank to offer a US bank account and global financial services for Brazilians. We provide our
customers access to fully regulated bank accounts under the US financial system. At the moment, Nomads can use
their accounts to: spend money in the US using the Nomad debit card, invest in portfolios in the US stock exchange
and convert BRL to USD digitally and with lower fees. This is just the beginning of our exciting journey!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

We’re looking for a People Lead to join our team in São Paulo. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting the right people for our key seats
  • Developing and implementing key HR processes such as recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Leading discussions to help build our compensation and merit strategy
  • Building and formalizing our culture
  • Overseeing payroll and benefits processes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Please only apply if you have:

  • +3 years experience in HR department
  • Previous experience in key HR processes
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

It would be even better if you have:

  • +5 years experience in HR department
  • Familiarity with tech recruitment
  • Familiarity with recruitment in the financial market
  • Previous experience in financial sector or with financial products
  • Familiarity with startup environment
