Pipefy is currently searching for a Solution Consultant (Presales) to help us take Pipefy to the next level.
Pipefy is a platform for business operations excellence and process orchestration management, backed by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firms including Trinity Ventures, OpenView, Founders Fund, Valor Capital, and Redpoint. The Pipefy platform enables doers to create and execute any type of workflow through a Kanban-style user experience and without an extensive need of IT, technical skills or large professional services.
In two years Pipefy has grown to 3,000+ customers (including Accenture, Visa, GE, Volvo, AB InBev, Vale, etc) in over 150 countries.
- Present, listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas and solve problems
- Map, model and automate business processes.
- Work closely with the Strategic Sales Executives to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations.
- Help enterprise clients meet strategic business goals by streamlining critical operations and engage their customers across multiple channels.
- Analyze the key issues of large enterprises and evaluate how Pipefy’s unique technology can drive meaningful improvements.
- Provide industry insights to the enterprise customer as the basis of commercial conversation, teaching and evangelizing customers about something valuable and useful on how they compete in their market.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned. enterprise customers by deeply understanding their business, key challenges. Also advising and tailoring specific solutions on how Pipefy can help for each customer’s needs.
- Actively support the continuous build of a health pipeline.

Some of your characteristics:
- Based in São Paulo, SP – Brazil.
- English language proficiency: Advanced / nearly fluent.
- 5+ years of direct enterprise software pre-sales experience.
- Hands-on experience on iBPM, iPaaS, RPA, OCR, CRM enterprise SaaS software solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology related field or knowledge of Object-Oriented/Solution Architecture experience
- Passionate about people & technology!
- You have technical/business experience in client-facing roles such as presales, consulting, technical enablement, or software application development.
- Ability to proactively develop customer. relationships by listening to, understanding and anticipating, and providing solutions to customer needs.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills & the ability to engage with a variety of audiences (business and IT).
- Passion for helping transform the digital landscape of clients in Financial Services, Insurance and Telecom.
- Huge energy.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience on Challenger Sales methodology.
- Experience on storytelling.
- You have communications skills to pass forward the knowledge you have.
