Corporate Infrastructure Analyst – Service Desk

We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to help us to maintain, and evolve our Corporate Infrastructure – Service Desk. So if you are an incident solver and passionate about IT, this position is for you. Are you up for this challenge?

Here you will be responsible for:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Zenvia employees seeking IT technical assistance;
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques;
  • Walk the user through the problem-solving process;
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel;
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services;
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures;
  • Act as an incident solver and assist with problems investigation;
You’re a strong candidate if you have:
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve IT technical issues;
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Strong knowledge with hybrid infrastructure (Windows, MacOS and Linux);
  • Knowledge with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration;
  • Knowledge with Active Directory and Identity Providers (ADFS, Okta);
  • Creativity, willingness to learn new technologies, and good communication skills;
