Pipefy is currently searching for a Community Specialist to help us take Pipefy to the next level. Pipefy is the Work Management platform. We help anyone take control of their daily work, in areas from employee onboarding to customer service to agile development.   • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of a strategy to grow the community while supporting company KPIs
  • Work to build relationships with Pipefy’s internal stakeholders in order to align our community efforts
  • Lead cross functional teams to organize meetups and global conferecens for customers and prospects
  • Track, analyze, report and improve traffic, content and engagement metrics for the community
  • Monitor and report on success metrics, including program efficacy, ROI, and business impact.
  • Orchestrate the conception and execution of programs to best meet community member needs needs, engage them, and help them perform within it.
  • Oversee the day-to-day of the Pipefy Community: moderating and participating in conversations, addressing complex escalations, and iterating on our workflows and processes
  • Edit, proofread, and improve user’s posts: make sure that the quality of the answers users will find in the community are always the highest.
  • Execute projects for new strategies to engage with community members to increase retention and activation.
  • Identify and share trends, pain points, feedback and community sentiment with internal stakeholders closing the feedback loop improving our product and services.
  • Manage the community super user and internal staff program including recognition and support of our community
  • Own the relationships with third-party vendors used for the community, such as the community platform, front end development contractors, and support agents.
  • Create programss to source, research, and recruit participants into the Pipefy Community, including (but not limited to) online recruiting, partner relationships, direct customer contact, and coordinating online and offline events.
  • Support Pipefy Community members in hosting their own events, including content, venue, and promotion guidance.
  • Monitor and report on success metrics, including program efficacy, ROI, and business impact.
  • Understanding of community networks and – design, functionality, strategy
  • In-depth knowledge of Pipefy product.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English and Portuguese)
  • Well-spoken, professional, and comfortable in front of any audience as you’ll be representing the Pipefy brand.
  • You’re both strategic and tactical – and able to gain stakeholder advocacy through qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong sense of empathy for customers -Strong project management skills, able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, and global environment.
