About Us
Our client’s two LLCs (under one parent company) are fast-growing e-commerce brands specializing in sports-themed accessories and jewelry. We create meaningful products that celebrate passion, pride, and play — especially in tennis, pickleball, golf, and more. You’ll find us on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and across multiple wholesale platforms.

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager who can take a fresh look at what we’re doing, audit our current efforts, and build a stronger plan for what’s next. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of AI in marketing and knows how to turn tools into results. If you also get how TikTok works for brand building, even better.

This role is both a strategist and an executor. You will have the ability to build out a marketing team, utilize our current agency employees and streamline our marketing department into one, cohesive unit. What You’ll Do

  • Audit existing marketing strategies, campaigns, and tools — then build and implement a more effective plan.
  • Lead and evolve marketing across email, paid ads, social media, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Guide and collaborate with our team of contractors, freelancers, and specialists.
  • Own the content calendar and keep messaging aligned across all channels.
  • Bring in AI to streamline and scale:
    • Content creation (emails, product pages, ad copy, etc.)
    • Chat automation and customer interaction (ManyChat, GROW AI)
    • Segmentation, personalization, and predictive analytics
  • Oversee Klaviyo: review and optimize flows, campaigns, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze performance KPIs like ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and more — and turn data into action.
  • Collaborate closely with our social, Amazon, affiliate, and paid ad teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Lead seasonal campaigns and product launches with a clear, data-informed strategy.
  • Support CRO and user experience initiatives across our ecommerce sites.
  • Provide creative guidance to designers, video editors, and content contributors.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Track record of developing and executing multi-channel strategies that drive real growth.
  • Strong experience with Shopify, Amazon, and Klaviyo.
  • Paid ads expertise across Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, ManyChat, or similar platforms to improve marketing performance.
  • Data-savvy with solid experience using Google Analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills — able to manage deadlines, people, and priorities with confidence.
  • Working knowledge of TikTok marketing and short-form content best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Background in sports, fitness, or jewelry industries.
  • Experience in Influencer marketing
  • SEO and content marketing knowledge.
  • Creative eye and ability to guide design direction.
