Position Overview

As a Client Product Specialist (CPS) you bridge client requirements and Fuse’s internal execution. Beyond organizing feedback and coordinating tasks, you own the hands‑on configuration, testing, and delivery of client requirements on the Fuse platform. You translate business logic into platform configurations, validate every workflow, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship high‑quality features quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Requirements Management: Collect, categorize, and document client feedback, breaking it into clear steps mapped to platform logic and validating assumptions early.
  • Task Creation & Management: Convert requirements into actionable tasks in Linear or Notion, prioritize them with stakeholders, and keep the backlog current.
  • Sprint Planning & Tracking: Lead sprint planning and refinement, providing visibility into progress, risks, and blockers, and re‑scoping tasks when necessary.
  • Technical Implementation Execution: Configure workflows, business rules, automations, and stipulations using internal low‑code or no‑code tools, taking full ownership of each technical task through delivery.
  • Testing & Validation: Design test cases, simulate client data, cover edge cases, verify error handling, facilitate user‑acceptance testing, and gather actionable feedback.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure feasibility, correct scope, and quality, documenting and communicating technical decisions clearly.
  • Go‑Live Support: Execute final checklists, monitor production behavior, and apply last‑minute adjustments, remaining on‑call during launch windows.
  • Communication & Accountability: Provide daily updates, flag risks early, and clearly explain what was configured and why, using concise documentation, verbal updates, or diagrams.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience prioritizing and planning tasks in agile environments.
  • Ability to translate complex financial products into platform behavior.
  • Hands‑on experience with low‑code or no‑code configuration platforms such as Retool and basic API integrations.
  • Skill in designing test scenarios, covering edge cases, and leading UAT.
  • Proficiency with Linear, Notion, Google Docs, and collaboration suites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Professional English for documentation and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing SaaS or configurable business systems.
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., SQL, JavaScript) and comfort with logical conditionals.
  • History of close collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams in fintech environments.
  • Ability to produce flowcharts or visual artifacts that explain complex processes.
