Mid Frontend Engineer

Position Overview

We are searching for a Frontend Engineer who combines a passion for coding with leadership abilities. This role requires excellent experience in TypeScript, React, and a willingness to tackle complex rendering challenges using Reactflow and Canvas.

We need someone who is 100% part of the team and not under a contractor’s mindset.

This crucial role needs much sync time between tech leads and designers. We can’t tackle this mostly “async.”

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Development: Write high-quality code using TypeScript and React, handling complex rendering tasks with expertise.
• State Management: Implement and simplify complex state management systems for React, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize components for rendering and data fetching to enhance user experience and application performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to align front-end development with the overall product strategy.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and trends, continuously improving personal skills and the team's capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

• Extensive experience with TypeScript and React,
• Proven ability to implement, manage, and simplify state in React applications.
• Demonstrated skill in optimizing frontend performance.
• Enthusiasm for working in a high-paced, excellence-driven environment.
• Experience implementing unit tests and end-to-end tests
