About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and people-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via email/ticketing system (Monday.com), social media (Facebook, Instagram), phone, and SMS.

The ideal candidate is someone who not only resolves issues but also anticipates customer needs, personalises interactions, and makes each customer feel valued. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and understands the importance of creating positive, memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer inquiries related to orders, products, promotions, and other services via email, social media, phone, and SMS.
• Use a proactive approach to resolve issues and go the extra mile to delight customers.
• Personalise interactions by referencing customer history and offering relevant product recommendations or samples.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our ticketing system (Monday.com).
• Collaborate with the internal team to continually improve customer service processes and help eliminate disruptions in customer experience.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
