The Role You’ll Play:
The Senior Account Associate plays a key role in supporting the retention and success of ClassPass partners by owning operational excellence across their region. They manage post-sale workflows, respond to partner needs, and begin identifying patterns and opportunities to improve partner experience. They maintain field presence through studio visits, events, and networking, building lasting relationships with partners, executing strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Manage day-to-day partner support and ensure timely resolution of issues related to platform usage, listing accuracy, and operational logistics
- Take ownership of recurring support processes (e.g., class schedule updates, invoice queries)
- Establish a professional relationship with top ClassPass partners to develop a core understanding of their unique business needs allowing you the ability to upsell and retain
- Deliver high partner satisfaction by maintaining consistent, professional communication
- Leverage Field Sales tactics (e.g. travel, in-person drop-ins and meetings) along with the necessary level of inside sales touchpoints (e.g. social, phone, email) to drive engagement
- Contribute to process improvements in support workflows and internal coordination
- Identify and report patterns in partner feedback and suggest enhancements to product or support offerings
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed is expected.
Experience You Bring:
- 1–2 years in account coordination, partner support, or customer success roles
- Experience with support tools and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success in proactive upsell process that drives value for the business
- Able to handle operational queries with limited supervision
- Effective time management and B2B negotiation skills
- Based in São Paulo, with willingness to travel within the region
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Strong alignment with ClassPass core values and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
