We're expanding in Core, Merchant Services, Shop and Growth, developing products that touch millions worldwide. This is a realm where creativity meets collaboration, fueled by cutting-edge tools and fearless strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to merchants, write code. Build deep connections to truly understand their needs—merchant empathy is your secret weapon.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX, and other teams to deliver solutions that are as innovative as they are effective.
• Lead and own products from concept to market impact, with rapid prototyping as a norm.
• Use AI tools to iterate swiftly, ensuring each prototype addresses any tool limitations effectively.
• Embrace dogfooding by onboarding to your own products regularly.
• Maintain sky-high standards while ensuring timely product launches.
• Make decisions grounded in data but driven by direct merchant insights.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background with proven experience in SaaS product management.
• Demonstrated impact in past roles, with dedication to customer obsession and core product principles.
• Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code, and familiarity with GitHub and Figma.
• Ability to excel independently within cross-functional teams, ensuring successful product delivery.
• A passion for empowering entrepreneurs and fostering merchant empathy.
