Olly Olly is looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Manager who's excited to get their hands dirty across content, product marketing, and campaigns that convert. This role is for a scrappy, gritty, startup-savvy marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

You'll play a critical role in refreshing our app's messaging and user experience, leading email and social media marketing, creating compelling blog and app copy, and driving the new website update. This is not a content farm job. You'll write, yes, but more importantly, you'll strategize, distribute, and iterate based on performance.

🚀 The Impact You’ll Have

  • Own and execute content strategy across email marketing, social media, blog posts, app copy, and website content
  • Write sharp, high-converting copy for landing pages, app screens, email campaigns, social media posts, and product releases
  • Plan and launch product marketing campaigns that clearly communicate our value props
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to brainstorm, draft, and scale content
  • Create short-form assets optimized for social and email (GIFs, reels, infographics, carousels, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to develop clear in-app messaging and tutorials
  • Use SEO, analytics, and user feedback to inform content decisions and performance
  • Manage the editorial calendar to support product updates, campaigns, and growth goals
  • Lead the content refresh for our app messaging and the rollout of our new website
  • Continuously optimize based on what's working (and what's not)
  • Own projects end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment, showing grit and resourcefulness

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years experience in content or growth marketing, ideally in U.S.-based SaaS or service startups
  • A gritty, scrappy startup marketer who thrives with minimal guidance and limited resources
  • Strong product marketing instincts—you know how to turn features into benefits and friction into clarity
  • Excellent short-form writing skills across email marketing, social media, blogs, app copy, and website content
  • Comfort using AI tools to move faster and smarter
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams
  • Versatility to wear multiple hats and pivot quickly as business needs evolve
  • Portfolio link required (email campaigns, social media content, blog posts, app copy, website, etc.)
