FullStack Mobile Software Engineer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Olly Olly, you’ll join a talented and driven team working to elevate the Olly Olly App, a multi-platform application designed to streamline and supercharge small business marketing efforts through automation and AI. Our platform simplifies essential operations for small business owners, enabling them to schedule social media posts weeks in advance, manage and monitor their Google Business Profiles, automate review responses, and consolidate lead sources, all from one intuitive, powerful interface.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our engineering team to design, develop, test, and support new features that will help expand the value of the Olly Olly App in the market. You’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from planning and architectural design to production and deployment.

We are seeking candidates who are eager to dive into the codebase and grow their skills. Your familiarity with frameworks like Flutter, along with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging, will contribute directly to the success of our product and team. • Work with Flutter/Dart to build a multi-platform product that will positively impact the lives of small business owners every day.
• Develop, design, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy code.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues.

✅ What We Really Need From You

• 1 to 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (relevant experience may be considered instead of education).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is sufficient for success in a remote and asynchronous work environment. The whole selection process and main meetings are conducted in English.
• Proficiency with RDBMs and SQL.
