 We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Intake Client Relations Support Specialist with exceptional English skills both written and spoken. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound calls, manage client correspondence, and facilitate the onboarding process by preparing and following up on engagement letters and invoices. If you are friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in both fast-paced and slower-paced environments, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization. • Monthly Compensation: 1,150 USD to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Managing inbound client calls with professionalism and tact

• Requesting and collecting sensitive and confidential information securely

• Drafting legal documents, invoices, and statements accurately

• Conducting research on legal statutes, opinions, and related legal information

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships through regular feedback and queries resolution

• Attending to file administration, document management, and general office duties

• Supporting team with administrative and clerical tasks as required

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist or Receptionist Assistant

• Proficiency with calendar management tools

• Experience drafting legal documents and handling legal inquiries

• Own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)

• Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work
