Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), business lending, or financial services. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and understands the intricacies of small business financing. You will lead a team of appointment setters and closers, optimize sales strategies, and collaborate with upper management to drive funding volume and elevate team performance. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team (inbound & outbound), overseeing daily activity, deal flow, and KPIs. 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives to build a strong pipeline and ensure consistent results. 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the MCA and business funding space. 
  • Oversee CRM usage, ensuring all leads are properly tracked, followed up on, and closed efficiently. 
  • Monitor performance metrics (calls, submissions, approvals, fundings) and provide coaching to improve team output. 
  • Collaborate with underwriting and funding teams to manage expectations and ensure smooth deal closures. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, funding products, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. 

Qualifications 

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years managing a sales team in MCA, business lending, or a similar financial services environment. 
  • Proven experience with financial products such as working capital loans, lines of credit, or revenue-based funding. 
  • Experience in a remote sales leadership role is highly preferred. 
  • Prior success in building or scaling a sales team from scratch is a strong plus. 
  • Familiarity with tools like MCAPilot, Close, HubSpot, or similar. 

Hard Skills 

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Close.com, Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and sales forecasting. 
  • Familiarity with MCA-specific tools like MCAPilot. 
  • Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis. 
  • Remote team management and digital collaboration tools.
