The Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources to meet client needs effectively. This role involves managing both talent and clients, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of client service. The ideal Performance Manager will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to multitask at any given time. 

In this unique role, you'll wear multiple hats—Team Leader, Performance Analyst, and Client Manager. You'll be responsible for cultivating positive, long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met consistently.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the design or fashion industry. 
  • Proven track record of managing a team of designers and delivering successful creative projects. 
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to understand and critique the team's work. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Knowledge of performance management principles and best practices. 
  • Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators for team and project success. 
  • Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in technology and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities:  

Team Leader 

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity 
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and share solutions 
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture 
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support team growth 

Performance Analyst 

  • Define and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement 
  • Analyse performance data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team and project success 
  • Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Client Manager 
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction 
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships 
  • Proactively identify client needs and respond to requests with efficiency and care 
  • Monitor client satisfaction regularly and resolve concerns promptly 
  • Develop strategies to enhance client retention and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for recruitment services 

Project Manager 

  • Oversee the successful delivery of creative projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution 
  • Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and optimize workflows 
  • Ensure clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
