Position Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role focuses on designing innovative and aesthetically appealing accessory products for the mass market. The designer will contribute to a diverse range of projects across the accessory categories we specialize in. 

Qualifications and Hard Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Product Design, or related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in accessory product design, ideally in wholesale environments. 
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). 
• Proven ability to design mass production and communicate with overseas manufacturers. 
• Portfolio showcasing relevant accessory design experience, specifically in products like slippers, reading glasses, travel items, or gift products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop original products, including slippers, reading glasses, travel items, gift products, and other accessory categories. 
• Collaborate closely with the design team to align concepts and project goals. 
• Create detailed sketches, renderings, and digital designs to effectively communicate ideas. 
• Research market trends, materials, and technologies to inspire product innovation. 
• Work closely with overseas factory partners, especially in China, to ensure designs are manufacturable without compromising aesthetics or functionality. 
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and factory partners. 
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. 

Main Tools to manage for this position 

• Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. 
• Microsoft Office:Word, Excel. 
• Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks. 
• Teams: Meetings, Categories and Channels.
