- Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify new potential educational content creators fitting WeLearn's requirements and traits.
- Build a pipeline of potential new creators across various industries and geographies.
- Create a personalized outreach strategy leveraging various tools and instruments (email, phone, and social media - including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).
- Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction and communication.
- Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our database and provide new ideas and suggestions to optimize the funnel’s process.
- Identify and promptly inform our top leadership about new business niches, opportunities and ideas.
- Work directly with our Co-Founder and support him in the crucial decision-making process.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- +1 years of experience in sales
- Bachelor Degree is required. A Master's Degree is a plus.
- Full Professional Fluency in English
- Fluency in any other primary language is a strong plus.
- Ability to work full-time and on a flexible schedule, you manage independently your own time. The achievement of the goals is what matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communication).
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
