 Superside is looking for a Senior Creative Lead to elevate how we show up in the sales journey. In this role, you’ll shape the way we tell our story to potential customers. Bringing strategic thinking, design direction, and brand storytelling to every stage of the sales process. From leading creative for sales opportunities to crafting visual narratives that win hearts (and budgets), you’ll help Superside stand out to the biggest brands in the world.
You’ll join a collaborative creative team within Marketing and partner with sales, strategy, and creative leaders across time zones. This is a role for someone who knows how to turn business needs into brand moments – balancing storytelling, structure, and design into something that makes customers say “yes.”

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creative expression of Superside in the sales journey. Owning how we appear, sound, and sell across sales decks, custom proposals, and more.
  • Speak with customers or guide other creative leaders in customer conversations.
  • Partner with sales and strategy teams to craft compelling visual narratives and co-create solutions tailored to each customer.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative directors to bring storytelling and design excellence to sales enablement.
  • Direct and refine how we present our capabilities and work in customer-facing materials.
  • Shape brand storytelling by translating business value into visual, conceptual stories that resonate.
  • Work on multiple projects at once, often under tight timelines, without compromising craft.
  • Champion clarity, creativity, and ambition in every interaction

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 2+ years of copywriting experience in-house or at an agency.
  • A portfolio that shows strategic thinking, originality and a strong sense of craft.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move from big picture to fine detail.
  • Proven background in digital and social-first campaigns.
  • Experience with B2B and/or SaaS is a plus, especially for LinkedIn.
  • A clear point of view on creativity, culture, and connecting with modern audiences.
  • Interest in (or experience with) AI in the creative industry, we’ll train, but you’ve got to be curious.
