Our client is a content creator looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support content, communication, and operations across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced as a Virtual Assistant
• Manage inbox and calendar 
• Book travel (flights, hotels, etc.) 
• Assist with Discord community management 
• Upload content and coordinate basic tasks 
• Transcribe and summarize video content 
• Capture testimonials and customer success stories

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable 
• Experienced in handling Discord communities
• Excellent in written English (DMs, emails, and community replies) 
• Emotionally intelligent and socially aware (you may represent me at times) 
• Strong with tools like Discord, Notion, Slack, Loom, TikTok, YouTube, etc. 
• Comfortable working async with 3-5 hours overlap in PST or EST
