The Client Success Manager is friendly and customer service-oriented to foster positive relationships with clients and Teem members by receiving and analyzing feedback to make our services more valuable. They are responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change. They are also responsible for retaining the Teem members and increasing sales with current clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure active implementation of client and Teem members' relationship
- Bridge the gap between sales and support
- Onboard new clients
- Drive client and Teem member value of services
- Discover and track new opportunities with existing clients
- Ensure clients are achieving their goal of the service
- Collect client and contractor feedback about their experience.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and Teem members.
- Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients and Teem members.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer success or account management role
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving customer success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Ability to problem-solve
- Experience in account management or sales within the technical industry is preferred
