In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Process in a timely and accurate manner all quotes, including amendments to quotes
• Communicate directly with internal stakeholders, sales reps, field service and other cross functional departments to ensure accuracy in orders and to answer general questions regarding services and order status
• Work with the Regional Sales Managers to support the maintenance and support renewal processes and assist in ensuring timely responses to help maintain customer satisfaction and retention in the region 
• Work with the sales team as required to resolve any order/delivery issues
• Handle customer requests for documentation requirements to fulfill their orders
• Quote and invoice preparation for specified customers and/or product lines, which may include gathering and completing applications, certifications, SoW as needed and process accordingly
• Assist and support sales team in development of sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations as needed

Skills you have 🚀 

• Minimum of (1) year experience in inside phone support of customer success, sales, processing, operations, or related areas
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and ERP systems
• Language skills: Portuguese, Spanish, and English
