Sobre
In this role, you'll partner with our customers as an extension of their IT, engineering and DevOps. You'll be their primary point of contact to solve a range of technical issues as they arise.
As a Cloud Support Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services.
- Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems.
- Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues.
- Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a High School Diploma in
a related subject. - Have a high-level understanding of cloud
provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc - Have an understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and
layer 7 technologies. - Have a natural ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have a passion for customer support and a high sense of ownership of customer
issues.
