Remote Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics algorithms, tools, dashboards, and predictive models using statistical and mathematical approaches.
• Build and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned with user needs and organizational goals.
• Manipulate, maintain, and optimize large databases; create stored procedures and adjust database records and indexes for performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and modify code to resolve errors, enhance performance, or adapt to different environments.
• Prepare documentation including specifications, status reports, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and improve system design.
• Analyze technical requirements to plan new systems or modify existing ones.
• Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications for system performance.
• Conduct research on software tools and assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
• Communicate technical problems and solutions clearly across teams.
• Adapt quickly to changing responsibilities and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end/UI technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Ajax.
• Understanding of web servers (IIS, Apache), software architecture, and design patterns.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to continuously learn.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Jira and Git.
• Familiarity with Azure and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of database design and administration.
