Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and prioritize target medical providers using firmographics, case mix, and industry challenges.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, video, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding current funding workflows and determining alignment with healthcare funding solutions.
  • Communicate key challenges faced by law firms and medical providers and explain how solutions address those challenges.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives, while accurately logging activity, learnings, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, cadence, and targeting strategies based on customer personas.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends in healthcare and legal technology, competitive landscape, and the broader funding ecosystem.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, sales, or prospecting role; experience in healthcare, or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Confident and effective communicator, comfortable engaging healthcare or legal professionals via phone and email.
  • Strong research and writing skills, capable of tailoring messaging according to firm size, geographic region, and practice area.
  • Highly organized, curious, coachable, and possessing a growth mindset.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Passion for legal innovation or accelerating access to justice is a bonus.
