Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our client’s remote team full-time. The ideal candidate has recent, hands-on experience in B2C email marketing and is confident designing and customizing email campaigns that drive conversions. This role blends content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis—with opportunities to contribute to both email and social media outreach strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage cold and warm email outreach campaigns.
  • Design compelling visual assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Write persuasive and targeted email copy for different consumer segments.
  • Customize email templates using HTML/CSS to ensure responsive, branded designs.
  • Segment contact lists and personalize messages to boost engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign metrics with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain high email deliverability and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations.
  • Align messaging with internal branding and marketing goals.
  • Support social media marketing efforts when needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience, with relevant work done in the last 5 years.
  • Recent experience using cold email platforms (e.g., MailClickConvert, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead).
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills in fluent written English.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices.
  • Skilled in using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to improve results.
