Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Management – Manage and optimize content across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and podcast platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Brainstorm and contribute to marketing campaign ideas to support business growth and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Design: Create compelling graphics and edit videos (will be provided with raw assets) for marketing materials, social media, and promotions.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster relationships with the audience.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze campaign data and performance metrics via Klaviyo to optimize marketing strategies 

Secondary Responsibilities (Highly desirable, but Not Required):

  • Process Improvement & Support: Assist with system integrations and technical support for tools like WebKul (multi-vendor marketplace) if needed.

  • Strong Online Presence: Increased engagement, visibility, and brand recognition across social media and podcast platforms.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Effective campaign analysis and optimization based on performance insights.
  • Creative & Impactful Content: High-quality graphics, videos, and written content that align with brand messaging.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Ability to support different areas of the business with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role. 
  • Background in content creation, graphic design, or video editing.
  • Experience working with startups and being part of business launches.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and social media scheduling tools is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to create and edit graphics and videos using design tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
