We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can drive paid enrollments by developing and executing a 60-day strategy. You’ll use both organic and paid tactics to connect with Gen Z and Millennial audiences who align with our mission, even those who may not yet identify as 'leaders.'
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a 60-day digital marketing strategy to boost enrollments.
- Use organic and paid methods to reach purpose-driven Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- Create emotionally resonant content with clear CTAs, translating transformational messages effectively.
- Own execution, including content creation, funnel building, and ad management.
- Offer milestone or performance-based pricing that reflects shared investment in results.
- Track conversions and engagement, optimizing campaigns based on data.
- Help grow social media traction from a small or non-existent following.
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven experience marketing e-courses, coaching, or transformational programs.
- Deep understanding of U.S.-based Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- Strong, emotionally intelligent messaging skills, avoiding fear- or pain-based tactics.
- Proven track record of executing campaigns that convert.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Kajabi, ConvertKit, and lean-budget campaigns that deliver conversions.
