Product Manager Specialist

As the Staff Product Manager for Salesforce, your impact will span across the company:

• Drive Strategy: Define and own the long-term vision for Salesforce as a business platform, aligning with executive stakeholders on priorities and ROI.

WHO YOU ARE 

• You’re an experienced product leader who thrives in enterprise environments and knows how to deliver value through platforms like Salesforce. 
• You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and diving into technical and process details. 
• You bring a collaborative mindset and a strong bias for action.
• Deep understanding of CRM concepts, sales/service workflows, and Salesforce’s core capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions in a complex stakeholder environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process optimization, systems thinking, and technical integration
• Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate product vision and tradeoffs to both business and technical audiences in English and Portuguese. 
• Experience working with Agile development teams and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional planning
• An engineering/software development background is a plus
