As a Technical Writer or Technical Business Analyst, you will enhance and maintain high-quality internal documentation. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of technology and communication, ensuring that knowledge, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal processes are clearly documented, accessible, and continually optimized for cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen combined with exceptional written communication skills, and a working knowledge of Markdown, Confluence, and Git. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and support teams to ensure technical knowledge is captured and disseminated effectively across the organization.
How your day-to-day work will look like:
- Ensure a deep understanding of technical documentation principles, including structure, readability, version control, and information architecture, to optimize the quality of technical content.
- Write and edit documentation using Markdown, ensuring clarity and conciseness, while maintaining a well-organized structure in Confluence.
- Implement and manage Git workflows for documentation versioning and effective collaboration with developers.
- Oversee and apply knowledge of software development processes, system architectures, APIs, and DevOps tools to enhance technical documentation and support the team.
- Promote and optimize knowledge management practices that support operational excellence and team efficiency, ensuring key information is accessible and well-structured.
This would make you the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience in technical writing or technical business analysis.
- Proficiency with Markdown, Confluence, and Git for creating and managing documentation.
- Strong ability to write, structure, and maintain SOPs, internal guides, knowledge base articles, and system documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively gather information from SMEs.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
