Tech Product Manager

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will join our Product team at  Weni by VTEX,  a business unit of VTEX. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end creation of products, working hands-on in the definition, development, and delivery of high-impact solutions. You will work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to bring the product vision to life. You are a natural builder, capable of turning insights into real user experiences.

What you will do

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy based on real user needs and market opportunities.
• Lead the discovery process with a builder’s mindset: turning ideas into quick, testable prototypes.
• Work hands-on with engineering, design, and data teams to prioritize, build, and launch exceptional products.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, focusing on tangible deliverables and clear business outcomes.
• Define product requirements in a practical and iterative way, often collaborating directly with technical teams.
• Act as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution—driving initiatives, not just managing them.
• Track success metrics and iterate quickly based on real user feedback and performance data.
• Lead product rituals (plannings, reviews, post-mortems) with a focus on actual deliveries, not just plans.

Who you are

• Strong builder mindset: passionate about launching real products.
• Proven experience in shipping digital products (MVPs, experiments, iterations).
• Solid knowledge of discovery techniques, UX design, technology, and product metrics.
• Ability to switch between strategic thinking (vision) and tactical execution.
• Direct, collaborative communicator focused on solving problems—not creating bureaucracy.
• Background in Product Management, Engineering, Design, or related fields—with a clear maker profile.
• Hands-on technical knowledge (able to speak the language of engineers).
