Operations Assistant
Support the execution of high-end travel operations by organizing travel documents, confirming reservations, and assisting the team in delivering flawless and memorable experiences.

What you’ll do:
- Support communication with international suppliers to gather information and confirm reservations.
- Prepare and organize travel documents, including vouchers, following company standards.
- Perform double-checks on bookings and reservations with suppliers before clients’ departure.
- Assist in organizing and updating operational records and internal control tools.
- Draft travel contracts following established templates and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Operations team, helping ensure smooth and timely execution of travel plans.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
- Advanced English for written and spoken communication with suppliers.
- Responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Preferred: Previous experience in the tourism industry or customer support roles.
