Graphic Designer

You should have extensive experience in designing vehicle wraps and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator. This role requires you to have a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in vehicle graphics design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to create and modify dimensionally accurate templates.
• Understanding of production file preparation and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints.
• Willingness to learn and use proprietary task management systems.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and dimensionally accurate vehicle wrap designs.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality designs.
• Develop and adjust templates for various vehicle types, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare production files with proper layering structures, grouping, and clipping masks.
• Design within specific material and budget constraints, optimizing material usage.
• Apply best practices such as rounding corners, applying bleeds, and bubble cuts to designs.
• Ensure all designs meet required specifications and standards to avoid errors.
• Use the company's proprietary task management system to manage and distribute projects.
