About the opportunity:

You will be part of the communication team at the AI/R group, where Avenue is one of the group’s companies. You will work cross-functionally across all group companies, ensuring alignment in communication and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute internal communication campaigns that are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring engagement and clarity across the organization.
• Produce high-quality institutional content for various communication channels, including but not limited to emails, intranet, corporate TV, newsletters, and others, tailored to the needs of different internal audiences.
• Organize and execute internal events and engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee connection with company goals and values.
• Act as a communication consultant to strategic departments, providing support for communication needs in specific projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Develop, track, and analyze internal communication KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness. Proactively suggest improvements and adjustments to enhance internal communication efforts continuously.
• Ensure that internal communications reinforce and promote the company’s culture and values, helping employees feel aligned with the organization’s mission and vision.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in internal communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
• Experience in planning and executing internal campaigns and events.
• Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., email marketing, intranet platforms, TV corporate systems).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and leaders.
• Advanced English skills (writing and speaking).
