Web Designer – AI-Focused

As our new UI Designer, you'll take charge of crafting beautiful, high-converting website designs for a mix of B2B and B2C clients, while leveraging the latest AI tools to streamline and enhance your workflow. You’ll have the autonomy to set the visual tone for projects and experiment with next-generation design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually striking and conversion-focused UI designs for a variety of client websites.
• Provide strong initial art direction and maintain visual consistency across projects.
• Design user-centric experiences with a blend of creativity and data-informed decision-making.
• Integrate and experiment with AI design tools (e.g., Uizard, Framer, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Figma AI features) to improve design speed and quality.
• Stay updated on trends in AI-enhanced design and proactively suggest new methods or tools.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life with precision.
• Design responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile with performance and accessibility in mind.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI or web design with a strong online portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing both landing pages and full websites with performance in mind.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, typography, and layout.
• Enthusiasm for working with AI-enhanced design tools and workflows.
• Ability to think conceptually, set art direction, and communicate design rationale clearly.
• A strategic approach to design—balancing business goals with creative outcomes.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience using or prototyping with AI tools like Framer AI, Relume, Galileo AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in a digital agency environment.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
• Understanding of how designs are implemented in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
