Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and continually optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, niche networks)
  • Monitor spend, ROAS, CAC, and adjust bids/creative to hit performance targets
  • Manage external agencies or freelance PPC specialists, ensuring SLAs and clear reporting
  • Own the end-to-end social calendar (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on short-form, video-first content
  • Script, shoot, edit, and schedule regular video campaigns
  • Track engagement metrics (views, shares, comments) and refine content mix
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, on-page audits, and technical SEO reviews
  • Work with SEO contractors to implement on-site optimizations, link-building, and content upgrades
  • Apply GEO best practices (structured stats, citations, quotes) to boost both traditional and AI-search visibility
  • Develop and maintain a cross-channel content calendar (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video)
  • Turn long-form assets (podcasts, webinars) into SEO- and GEO-optimized blog posts, infographics, and social snippets
  • Coordinate with writers, designers, and videographers to keep production on time and on brand
  • Create battlecards, one-pagers, ROI calculators, objection-handling guides, and partner co-marketing kits
  • Host regular enablement sessions (“office hours”) for SDRs, AEs, and Partner teams
  • Ensure every campaign asset is “sales-ready” with clear use instructions
  • Source, onboard, and oversee contractors for SEO, copywriting, paid-ads, video editing, and UX/design
  • Maintain clear scopes of work, schedules, and quality checkpoints
  • Consolidate contractor output into a cohesive brand experience
  • Identify and implement AI tools and workflows (content generation, personalization, campaign optimization, GEO content tweaking)
  • Manage the marketing tech stack (CMS, HubSpot/Marketo, analytics tools), ensuring data flows cleanly into CRM
  • Document and maintain SOPs for recurring processes
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards in Looker/Tableau/GA4/Notion showing:
  • Funnel metrics (MQL→SQL→Opportunities→Revenue)
  • Campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
  • Content KPIs (organic traffic, AI-search referrals, video views)
  • Enablement impact (sales adoption, win-rate changes)
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reviews and lead data-driven optimizations

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in a Series A–C startup environment
  • Proven success managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and external agencies or contractors
  • Comfortable owning a CMS (Webflow) and marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Familiarity with SEO and emerging GEO best practices (structured stats, citations, quotes) to drive both organic and AI-search visibility
  • Experience building sales-enablement materials (battlecards, decks, ROI calculators) and delivering internal training sessions
  • Data-driven mindset: proficient with analytics tools (GA4, Looker/Tableau, LinkedIn Insights) and comfortable drawing insights to inform strategy
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple high-impact deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong collaborator and communicator who thrives in a remote, cross-functional startup culture
  • No formal degree necessary
