As a Product Marketing Manager for Catalyst at IOHK, under the responsibility of the Head of Product, you will bring your expertise in high-tech international B2B and B2C marketing to the forefront. With experience in blockchain or disruptive/emerging technologies, you will collaborate closely with Product Management to understand and convey the unique value of Lace Wallet. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that resonate with our community, ensuring that our messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with the needs of both existing and future users.
- Investor Pitch Deck – Design a compelling pitch deck for potential investors.
- Go-to-Market Strategy – Develop a comprehensive plan for product launch, including target market, positioning, and channels.
- Investor & Customer Relations – Set up and manage communication strategies for both investors and customers.
- Customer Funnel – Define and optimize the steps customers go through from awareness to conversion.
- Customer Journey Mapping – Analyse and document the customer experience at each touchpoint.
- Event KPIs & Materials – Develop key metrics to evaluate event success and create marketing materials for these events.
- Production of Promotional Materials – Create assets (videos, brochures, etc.) to support product and brand promotion.
- Customer Demos – Create and refine customer demos that showcase product value.

- Content & Campaign Management: Adept at managing content creation and executing marketing campaigns.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to align with and communicate IOHK’s vision for the future of blockchain technology.
- Results Oriented: Focused on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving marketing goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related area; a business or economics degree may also be considered depending on experience
- Product Marketing Experience: Evidence of success (4+ years) in product marketing, particularly in international markets.
- Blockchain/Emerging Technology Experience: Background in marketing high-tech, emerging, or disruptive technology solutions in both B2B and B2C environments; startup experience is a plus.
- Growth Environment Experience: Experience working in a rapidly growing organization and scaling technology from early adopters to mainstream users.
- Process Orientation: Experience in establishing and improving collaborative work processes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- International Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
