Who You Are 

  • Located in LATAM with preference in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Argetina. 
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, CRM management, and/or enterprise marketing, preferably within fintech, payments, or crypto sectors.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (required); familiarity with lead scoring models, CRM workflows, and database management.
  • Strong background in designing and managing paid media and lead generation campaigns.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Meet Alfred, or similar
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Highly desired: experience working with ABM tools or techniques.

What You Will Do 

Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot)

  • Own and optimize HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow between marketing and sales systems.
  • Build and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects and improve handoff quality.
  • Manage email marketing automation workflows, including nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and onboarding series.Maintain clean, structured, and compliant data management to enable accurate reporting and decision-making.

Sales Process & Conversion Optimization

  • Analyze conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales teams to improve the lead handoff process, ensuring the highest quality leads are prioritized.
  • Develop and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns, creating personalized, multi-channel engagement strategies for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Retention Campaigns
  • Design and implement multi-touch campaigns that guide prospects through the funnel to conversion.
  • Create upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase revenue from existing enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to improve engagement, retention, and reduce churn.

Paid Media & Demand Generation

  • Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other industry-specific channels) focused on driving high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to optimize media spend and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously run A/B tests to enhance ad performance, targeting, and messaging effectiveness.

Continuos Optimization

  • Lead on-page SEO strategy (keywords, meta descriptions, technical audits) to improve Bitso Business’s organic visibility.
  • Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rate, engagement, conversions) and propose optimizations.
  • Develop A/B tests and user journey experiments to improve landing page conversion rates.
  • Work with design and content teams to continuously refine website UX for lead generation goals.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing and sales performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, targeting strategies, campaign performance, and sales enablement initiatives.
