SEO Specialist (Internal Hire)

As we expand our digital footprint, we’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can drive visibility, traffic, and leads through organic search.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to the staffing and recruiting industry
• Conduct keyword research focusing on job seeker intent and employer search behavior
• Optimize job listings, landing pages, and service pages for search visibility
• Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Collaborate with content marketers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all written materials
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates and industry-specific search trends

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in SEO (in-house, agency, or freelance; staffing experience a plus)
• Deep understanding of local SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization
• Experience with platforms like WordPress, Bullhorn, or staffing industry CRMs is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
• Strong communication and project management skills
