Lead Web Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure and sustain Adobe and Google Analytics Report Suites and Data Collection containers
• Oversee the implementation and management of tags using Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) and Google Tag Manager
• Guarantee precise data collection and dependable reporting for business stakeholders
• Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports in Adobe and Google Analytics Workspace to deliver actionable insights
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the data collected is relevant and supports business objectives
• Enable effective integration between Adobe and Google Analytics with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to optimize data collection

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Web Analyst role
• At least one year of experience in leadership and team management
• Proficiency in configuring Adobe and Google Analytics, including setting up Report Suites, designing data layers, and managing custom variables
• Skills in crafting and maintaining dashboards and reports within Adobe and Google Analytics Workspace
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) and Google Tag Manager
• Proven ability to implement and validate tagging strategies across multiple websites
• Experience in integrating Adobe and Google Analytics with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for accurate data tracking
• Proficiency in developing actionable reports and dashboards that align with business goals
• Strong understanding of KPIs and the ability to convert data into meaningful business insights
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Fluency in English, with B2 level proficiency or higher
