Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our marketing efforts across multiple locations using PatientGain. This individual will create and execute digital marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, optimize SEO strategies, and ensure a consistent and effective online presence for our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
PatientGain Platform Management
- Manage and optimize all marketing activities within PatientGain, including SEO campaigns, PPC advertising, automated patient engagement, and lead tracking.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using PatientGain analytics, ensuring campaigns are delivering high ROI.
- Create and manage online reputation strategies, including automated review requests to improve patient feedback and ratings.
Digital Marketing SEO Campaigns
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic for all clinic locations.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and keyword strategies using PatientGain's SEO tools.
- Research healthcare industry trends and local search opportunities to improve ranking and online visibility.
Paid Advertising (PPC) Social Media Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram campaigns to drive patient acquisition.
- Develop targeted ad campaigns using data-driven insights from PatientGain’s ad tracking system.
- Manage and schedule social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency.
Email & SMS Marketing
- Design and launch email marketing campaigns to engage existing patients and attract new ones.
- Utilize PatientGain’s automation features to send appointment reminders, promotional offers, and post-visit follow-ups.
- Implement SMS marketing campaigns to enhance direct patient communication.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and PatientGain dashboards.
- Provide weekly/monthly marketing reports to management, including conversion rates, website traffic, and patient engagement metrics.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Hands-on experience with PatientGain or similar healthcare marketing automation platforms.
- SEO expertise, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and local SEO strategies.
- Google Ads & Facebook Ads experience, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Strong email marketing skills, with experience in campaign automation and segmentation.
- Content creation abilities for social media, blogs, and ad copy.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in digital marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing data and make performance-based decisions.
