As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, tasked with winning commercial deals in key markets/verticals. Your role is not just about selling; it's about understanding customer pain points, leveraging our unique selling propositions (USP), and developing targeted commercial offers. Success in this role involves collaboration, strategic thinking, and meticulous pipeline management.
Bitso is a forward-thinking organization with a strategic focus on expanding our B2B payment business through effective sales and client acquisition. As the commercial arm of the company, our Sales team plays a crucial role in engaging with new prospects daily and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to contribute to our ambitious goals.

Who You Are
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Knowledge of the Colombian market.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.
What You Will Do
- Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP to win new business.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
- Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
- Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
- Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
- Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production.
- Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved, and customers have an exceptional experience.
